 By placing an order, you agree that you are acting solely for private purposes. 
We conclude contracts via www.shopmalami.com . When ordering Shopmalami items ,  partner (joint seller), depending on the product you have selected. Information about the specific contractual relationship is displayed on each page describing the product details.
By clicking the “buy now” button, you place a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. We will confirm the receipt of your order immediately by email after sending the order. A binding contract is formed upon receipt of the order confirmation. Please note that the ordered goods will be delivered in the event of advance payment (reservation) as soon as we have received payment of the full purchase price . We therefore ask you to transfer the purchase price immediately after receipt of the order confirmation, but no later than within 7 days.
You agree to the assignment of the seller’s claims for payment of the purchase price to third parties
We deliver orders Globally. If working days are specified as deadlines, we mean all days from Monday to Friday inclusive, with the exception of public holidays.


Basically, we offer the payment methods advance payment, credit card, and Paypal. With every order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods. Any costs of a money transaction are to be borne by you.
In the case of a purchase by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when we send the order.
In the case of purchase on account, the purchase price is due for payment on the day the customer receives the delivery. If payment is not made within 14 days after the due date, the customer is in default. In the event of default, the statutory default interest will be charged.
You agree that you will only receive invoices and credit notes in electronic form.
In the case of an order with advance payment, the purchase price must be paid within seven days of the order. The item will only be shipped to you after the full purchase price has been credited. If your advance payment has not reached our account within seven days after receipt of a payment request, we can withdraw from the purchase contract.


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact our support , Email: info@shopmalami.com by means of a clear statement about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this. However, this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient

Attention:The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.
Furthermore, you do not have the right to withdraw from contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.


For all purchases made at www.shopmalami.com, Shopmalami grants a voluntary right of return of a total of 30 days that goes beyond the statutory right of withdrawal. You can then withdraw from the contract, even after the statutory right of withdrawal (see above) has expired, by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods (the period begins on the day after receipt of the goods). Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. However, a prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that you have only tried the goods, as in a retail shop, and that you send back the goods completely and undamaged in the original packaging and – if available – with an undamaged seal; this applies in particular to the return of cosmetic products. You must obtain replacements for lost original packaging, if you wish to exercise your right of return; this applies in particular to the return of cosmetic products which, for legal reasons, require specially suitable transport packaging.  If you have problems downloading the return label or you do not have access to a printer, please contact our customer service. The right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers and not to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, for example for hygienic reasons this applies products which, for legal reasons, require specially suitable transport packaging. 


We will automatically arrange any repayments to the account you used for payment. When paying by prepayment, the return transfer will be directed to the account from which the transfer was made. If you paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated PayPal or credit card account. If you used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the corresponding amount to your gift voucher account.



The use of the offers available on www.shopmalami.com is possible for persons who are at least 18 years old.
Each customer is only entitled to maintain one customer account with Shopmalami at the same time. We reserve the right to delete multiple registrations.
You can also simply archive the terms and conditions and the data of your order by either downloading the terms and conditions and saving the data summarized on the last page of the ordering process in the online shop using the functions of your browser, or you wait for the automatic order confirmation that we send you additionally sent by email to the email address you provided after completing your order. This order confirmation e-mail once again contains the data of your order and our terms and conditions and can be easily printed out or saved with your e-mail program.
